Your usual bold and confident colour palette, but for me this is not one of your strongest pictures...sorry.

The texture of the hill is a bit too "patternish" (if you know what I mean) for me. But for a speedpaint I guess this is just temporary.
The background on its own works fine the way it blurs now. It gives a depth-of-field kind of illustion and I find it quite nice. However I think the clothes is blending into the background too much. Guess this is also temporary for a speedpaint. If you develop it futher, I think it'd be worth trying to give the clothes more defined edges, and then blend it into the background by using colour/value.
Overall it's promising. The character is very well done!

CLOSEUP!
I saw the link and I thought "Oh wow, what a well painted guy". But there is so little chance to study that well painted guy.
Anyway, this is another good piece by you. The colours are indeed beautiful, and you emphasize the title (lonely prince) by making him the only thing in the picture that is fully detailed, and very small compared to the rest. However, I feel that there is a little too much of the blurry parts, maybe you could let his mantle be more in focus? That way, there would be a clear detail leading the eye to the left side of the picture as well, and you would achieve more contrast.
Just my opinion though.
Last but not least, I have to say the prince's design looks very cool, and I LOVE that turban. -_-
