Description
Hi all, i did this illustration for an artical about 3D PRINTING. yeah now we can print organic and non organic forms. ok i dont have the in depth idea about that, i used some ref. imgaes from the movie "Matrix"I've shown here a HUMAN HAND PRINTING in process...with printer cartridges and all...sounds funny isnt it ? but its a TRUTH, according to the writer of this story its happening in US. ok forget about the story and all...just watch my illustration and give me some feedback ok ?
I would like to thanx my friend/art dir. Jayan for the great concept
btw i love to try new styles
Thanx to ADOBE & WACOM Guys (as usual)

but umm Ilustration aside, this is a reality, although it doesn't work like that, where I'm studying now, they "3d print" your Senior project "Thesis".
You do the 3d model in Alias AutoStudio or Rhino, or whatever, then they convert it too a "printable" format.
They insert a solid block of poliurethane "I think that's what it's called in English", and the machine cuts it, to your shape, Carve is a more apropriate word actually. and TADA ! your "prototype" is ready for painting. The big PRO studios have 1:1 scale versions, those monsters "print out" whole friggin cars, 1:1 !!!!!!!!
Anyway I'm babling, COOL DRAWING ! your other stuff is AMAZING too !

You sure are creative, the concept is really nice, as well as everything else. Not much to say for me, really.
Good work.

What Karmann talked about is milling, not 3D printing, which is my day job. I'm a CAD/CAM machine operator.
Ok, enough of useless information from me.
